AcroYoga is a dynamic partner practice that blends the wisdom of yoga, the power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a partner practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community.
In AcroYoga Therapeutics, we'll explore the restorative elements of Therapeutic Flying and Thai Bodywork using the tools of receptivity, gravity, sensitivity, and loving kindness to bring balance, trust and connection to giver and receiver. We'll guide you through proper physical techniques of partner poses that will allow you to practice confidently and with ease. You can expect to feel restored, meet new people and surprise yourself with your healing capabilities! No partner needed to attend.

Running can be an amazing form of exercise, but, it can lead to injury, loss of range of motion and and stress on the joints. Yoga is a great way to prevent this from happening for pre run and running recovery. Yoga is a great way to improve not only flexibility but also stability, balance and strength.
Running can lead to imbalances on the body like tight quads, ankles, chest and while the back half of the body becomes more open, the front half becomes more closed.
In the workshop Rebecca will teach you
How to counteract all of this and teach some very useful breathing techniques for runners as well.
