This special class series is taught by Owner Rebecca Simms. Join Rebecca in this 4 week series to help manage and learn tools to help with anxiety, depression and stress. You will learn breathing practices to help calm the body, meditative ways of working with anxious thoughts and other tools for managing the anxious mind and body. Each class will be 1 hour long, and will be a gentle restorative practice for our physical yoga practice. This series is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners.
This series is $45 for the 4 weeks.
We will meet every Wednesday at 5:30 pm-6:30 pm for the month of August. Please come as you are, we also have mats and props for you to use.
This Autumn equinox Cedar Yoga Space will be offering a grounding Yon yoga class workshop. This will be one of only 2 days in the year where night and day will be of equal length signifying that the balance between light and darkness is shifting. There is a natural tendency during this time of transition to reflect upon what part of our own lives might be out of balance and how we can cultivate more balance mentally, emotionally and physically. A Yin Yoga practice is a wonderful way to regain some centering and embrace the changing seasons. Autumn is a time for letting go. To surrender. To release. To exhale.

This workshop is $40 a person
I would recommend buying your space prior to class because we cannot hold spaces.
