Join Rebecca Simms in a shoulder stand ( Salamba Sarvangasana ) and Headstand A and B ( Sirasana ) whether you are a seasoned practitioner wanting to learn more variations and deeper your current practice or a newer practitioner wanting to learn more about these inversions and find you’re own variation this workshop if for you ! Rebecca is a certified yoga for all instructor and will teach a bus stop method with modifications to find your own unique shoulderstand and headstand .
In this workshop you will learn the basic elements of inversions, including creative and fun exercises that build upper body strength and flexibility, as well as in-jury prevention for shoulders.
We will create a warming Hatha Flow practice, incorporating prep poses followed by practicing the inversions that best suit your needs.
All levels are welcome

We have all the props you will need. Just bring your self and a mat if you have one ( we have one that you can barrow if you need it )
