A playful workshop covering Forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana ) and Handstand ( Adho Mukha Svanasana ) with variations to accommodate all levels. Learn how to practice these postures with proper alignment and build the strength needed to get comfortable upside down.
We will go through alignment, modifications, and techniques to develop proper practice of these asanas. We will make use of props, and walls to allow you to continue practicing these postures at home.
No inversion experience is necessary.
